QuantumMatch.ai terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of the QuantumMatch.ai Explainable Workforce OS™, preview environments, and related advisory services.
Agreement overview
By executing an order form, pilot agreement, or accessing preview environments, you agree to these terms. If an executed contract conflicts with these terms, the contract controls.
License & intellectual property
QuantumMatch.ai grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for the duration and scope outlined in the governing order form.
- Use is limited to authorized users and approved business objectives.
- Reverse engineering, reselling, or derivative works are prohibited.
- All intellectual property and improvements remain the sole property of QuantumMatch.ai.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must maintain secure access, follow usage guidelines, and comply with all applicable laws.
- Protect credentials and ensure only authorized individuals access the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, or malicious data.
- Notify QuantumMatch.ai promptly of any unauthorized use or security concern.
Service delivery & support
We operate the Explainable Workforce OS with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability, security, and performance.
- Incidents follow documented response and communication procedures.
- Maintenance windows are scheduled with advance notice where practical.
- Support is available via secure portal, email, and scheduled briefings.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except where service levels are specified in writing, the platform is provided “as is.” Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
QuantumMatch.ai’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law & venue
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
